DR. KISHORE SHALLOW

Raised in Coull’s Hill, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Dr. Kishore Shallow embraced community values from an early age, excelling academically at Westwood Methodist Primary and St. Vincent Grammar School. After studying in England for five years, he returned in 2009 to work in Information Technology. During this period, he served as a CARICOM Youth Ambassador, and co-founded the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Young Professional Association. Dr. Shallow’s vision emphasizes equal opportunities and strong local economies, underpinned by excellence, integrity, and accountability. Known for his transparent, people-focused leadership, he promotes engagement in policymaking and aims to foster a prosperous and healthy nation.

Transitioning from player to cricket administrator, after playing nationally at youth and senior levels, he became the youngest president of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Cricket Association (SVGCA). Dr Shallow led the SVGCA to National Sports Association of the Year twice and demonstrated innovation with the world’s first cricket tournament during COVID-19, the Vincy Premier League (VPL) T10. Rising in leadership, he served as Vice President of Cricket West Indies (CWI) and became its youngest president in 2023. To date, President Shallow has implemented transformative policies for Women in West Indies Cricket, overseeing a successful Cricket World Cup across six Caribbean nations, and closing the organisation’s largest commercial deal in its history, valued at over USD 100 million.

With a doctorate in Business Administration and specialization in Financial Management, Dr. Shallow has excelled as a Business and Information Technology Consultant, leading regional health information projects, including the digitalization of health records in Barbados. He has developed strategic and business plans for various international organizations, contributing significant expertise in business management and digital health initiatives.
